伊利实习生职位介绍
人力资源实习生
一、岗位职责：
1、协助直接上级完成人力共享中心内部流程模块性工作；
2、协助直接上级完成人力共享中心数据分析模块性工作；
3、完成上级交办的其他工作。
二、任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，2020年毕业的应届生，人力资源相关专业优先；
2、学习成绩良好，在班内居前1/3； 有英语基础，能承担日常的口语交流、邮件往来、基础翻译工作；
3、积极、乐观、向上，具有较强的创新能力与团队合作精神，承压能力强，；具备强烈的进取心，优秀的组织、协调与沟通能力，思维清晰敏捷；
4、能尽快到岗，一周至少保障3-4天实习，连续实习3个月以上的优先。
